REQUIREMENTS FOR RENTING
- Must have inspected interior of house or apartment and accept “as is” unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Must be employed. If current employment is less than two years the previous employer information must be provided.
Bring your (3) three most current check stubs.
- Monthly income must be at least three times greater than the monthly rental amount.
- Must have good credit references. Any application rejected due to negative financial information may be checked by applicant(s) with H.P. Sears Co., 2000 18th St. Bakersfield.
- Must have good references from former landlords.
- Must pass interview.
- $40.00 credit processing fee *$20.00 fee for second application. (CASH ONLY)
- Security deposit must be paid with application and “Offer to Rent”*.
- Must present picture I.D. and Social Security card when application is submitted.
If any information on the application cannot be verified by phone, the applicant(s) must bring in the required recommondation in writing.
